Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Utilize strong experience in Loan Management System functions, requirements, and processes to manage requirements effectively, with demonstrated large-scale implementation experience.
  • Deliver business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS Transact/Transact solution implementation.
  • Demonstrate strong Business Analysis capability, particularly in requirements management and coordination of large-scale program implementations.
  • Display excellent stakeholder management skills, managing a diverse set of stakeholders and conducting effective workshops.
  • Manage business analysis documentation capabilities, producing BA deliverables including business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
  • Document processes and drive change management initiatives for leading banks in the Philippines.
  • Perform data analysis and data migration involving Temenos Transact.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Stay well-versed in industry developments and trends in the relevant functional domain.
  • Drive digital initiatives with business and operations, providing an advantage.
  • Adapt to different software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Demonstrate a passion for driving solutions and delivering projects successfully.
  • Qualification

    •Minimum 9 to 13 years of relevant business analysis experience and expertise in core banking implementations and in-depth knowledge and experience in – retail banking, digital banking Trade processing, position management and digital channels.

    •Strong experience in Loan Management System functions, requirements and processes and managing requirements with demonstrated large scale implementation experience

    •Demonstrated experience in delivering business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS Transact / Transact solution implementation

    •Strong Business Analysis capability particularly in requirements management and co-ordination of implementation of large-scale programs

    •Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in managing diverse set of stakeholders and conducting effective workshops

    •Excellence in managing business analysis documentation capabilities and in producing BA deliverables including business requirements, functional requirements, user stories

    •Strong experience in process documentation and driving change management for leading banks in Philippines

    •Experience in data analysis and data migration involving Temenos Transact

    •Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.

    •Strong team player and good interpersonal skills

    •Well-versed in industry developments and trends in the relevant functional domain

    •Experience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantage

    •Ability to adapt to different software development methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall projects

    •Passion to drive solutions and deliver project
