Demonstrate strong Business Analysis capability, particularly in requirements management and coordination of large-scale program implementations.

Display excellent stakeholder management skills, managing a diverse set of stakeholders and conducting effective workshops.

Manage business analysis documentation capabilities, producing BA deliverables including business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.

Document processes and drive change management initiatives for leading banks in the Philippines.

Perform data analysis and data migration involving Temenos Transact.

Apply strong analytical skills to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.

•Minimum 9 to 13 years of relevant business analysis experience and expertise in core banking implementations and in-depth knowledge and experience in – retail banking, digital banking Trade processing, position management and digital channels.

•Strong experience in Loan Management System functions, requirements and processes and managing requirements with demonstrated large scale implementation experience

•Demonstrated experience in delivering business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS Transact / Transact solution implementation

•Strong Business Analysis capability particularly in requirements management and co-ordination of implementation of large-scale programs
